If a client cancels a booking 28 days prior to the start of the hire period, the deposit will be refunded in full but may be subject to an administration charge.

Bookings cancelled by the client 28 to 14 days prior to the hire period will be subject to loss of deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled hire period are non-refundable.

Chauffeur VIP Ltd Wedding Chauffeur bookings are bespoke. Any contractual details will be discussed on an individual basis at the time of booking.
